We are an active alumnae chapter consisting of members ranging in ages from recent graduates to their 90’s. Our alumnae chapter, Delta Epsilon Delta has been
in existence since 1943. It officially became a chapter in 1980.Our alumnae are from chapters all around the United States. Our beautiful state of Colorado and city of Colorado Springs attracts people from all over the country. Our alumnae come from all walks of life. Many of our alumnae are working professionals, either full or part-time or retired. Most of our alumnae are married and mothers. You are sure to find a “sister” with common interests.
Our chapter has monthly meetings from September – May. We have a board of officers that operate the local chapter. Our meeting times vary from afternoon to evening gatherings. Our meetings sometimes have speakers; feature our philanthropy of domestic violence, tours, wine tasting, and social dinners. We also remain true to the bond ofAlpha Chi Omega and celebrate our Founders’ Day and honor 50 year members. Our sense of ritual is a bond that ties us together as “Sisters”. In addition, each
month a member also hosts a lunch at a location of her choice This is known as our “Out to Lunch Bunch”.
If you are looking for a group to get involved in, you will be welcomed with open arms. It may be just the group you’re looking for, especially if you’re new to the area.
